COVID-19 Update, 07/21/2020

As a Massachusetts-based business, RISO, Inc. is reopening its offices in compliance with the Reopening Plan established by the Baker-Polito Administration. Currently, Massachusetts is in Phase III, Step 1 of this plan.  Accordingly, RISO’s offices in Burlington, MA are currently able to operate at 50% capacity, and the majority of our employees continue to work remotely.

RISO, Inc.’s warehouse operations, located at 80A Commerce Way, Woburn, MA 01801 is continuing to process and ship spare parts orders, subject to the following:

  • Warehouse staffing will be limited so that RISO can continue to observe effective social distancing procedures.
  • Warehouse operating days and hours are reduced and subject to change, with staffing and frequency of shipment releases determined based on the volume of orders received.
