COVID-19 Update, 05/20/2020

As a Massachusetts-based business, RISO, Inc. is reopening in compliance with Governor Charles Baker’s Phased Reopening Plan.  Currently, we are in Phase I of this plan, meaning that RISO’s offices in Burlington, MA are reopened at 25% capacity, and the majority of our employees will be working remotely.  This will be the case until June 8, 2020 or until new directives are issued from Gov. Baker.

RISO, Inc.’s warehouse operations, located at 80A Commerce Way, Woburn, MA 01801, are an essential business service. Accordingly, shipments of spare parts from RISO’s Woburn, MA warehouse will continue, as follows:

  • Warehouse staffing will be limited so that RISO can continue to observe effective social distancing procedures.
  • Warehouse operating days and hours are significantly reduced, with staffing and frequency of shipment releases determined based on the volume of orders received.
