COVID-19 Update, 09/21/2020

As a Massachusetts-based business, RISO, Inc. is reopening its offices in compliance with the Reopening Plan established by the Baker-Polito Administration. Currently, Massachusetts is in Phase III, Step 1 of this plan.  Accordingly, RISO’s offices in Burlington, MA are currently able to operate at 50% capacity, and the majority of our employees continue to work remotely.

RISO, Inc.’s warehouse operations, located at 10 State Street, Suite 201, Woburn, MA 01801-2105 is continuing to process and ship spare parts orders, subject to the following:

  • Warehouse staffing will be limited so that RISO can continue to observe effective social distancing procedures.
  • Warehouse operating days and hours are reduced and subject to change, with staffing and frequency of shipment releases determined based on the volume of orders received.
