This position will provide timely professional technical support for RISO products, applications and networks related to the RISO printing system. This technical support will be conducted via telephones, fax, e mail and the occasional on site visit. This position will also conduct offsite troubleshooting of products and applications in order to provide high quality customer support in areas such as mechanical or electrical adjustments, theory of operation, and driver settings for various applications. This position tracks QC trends and provides feedback to RISO Management and RISO Kagaku. Also, this position may assist with the design & delivery of technical support documentation including product testing and functionality. This position is responsible for entering, closing and tracking support request data entries in our Oracle CRM system as well as general maintenance of the knowledgebase in a timely and effective fashion. As a collateral duty, the candidate will also be groomed into a dual role of Technical Instructor working closely with a network of dealers in training students on the newest repair technologies of Ink jet printing as it pertains to the RISO product line of printing equipment.
